Apartments are rented on a month to month calendar basis only,
with a one month minimum charge, regardless of length of stay.

Because we are a small business we have a cancellation policy that we feel is fair for our guests and allow us to operate successfully.
If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your reservation less than 60 days prior to your arrival date then you will forfeit your deposit and no refund will be given.
We accept, Debit, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
While we love animals, with the exception of service dogs (documentation required), we are unable to accept pets.
Check-In is offered between the hours of 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please see exact check-in and check-out availability requirements for each month prior to completing your reservation. Special arrangements are required for arrivals after 5:00 PM. Please call if a late arrival becomes necessary.
